Store delivery

1-a.  Store from overseas (for values over 300 USD)

Store from overseas can be dispatched by air-freightage to the nearest airport.

We will arrange for collection of the consignment at the airport and for bonded delivery on board.

l  Generally allow three to four days (excluding Saturday/Sunday/Holidays)  for

final delivery after arrival of the consignment in Japan. Please contact us for urgent deliveries.

l  O.K. to board:  to be issued to the local airline office.

 

On-signers will be met at the airport by our local agent, and all due formalities and transportation will be arranged.

Off-signers will be picked up from the vessel by our local agent, and all due formalities and transportation will be arranged.

In necessary, accommodations, for the seaman will be arranged at a reasonable.

 

Transportation for superintendents/technician or inspector from overseas will be properly arranged.

Marine emergency request for medical care

l  Radio Medical Consultation:   Consult attached file for guidance

l  Call 118 or local Coast Guard:   Request rescue

 

Note :

Japan Coast Guard recommends that vessels FIRST utilize Radio Medical Consultation prior to requesting a rescue in order to ensure an organized rescue operation.

 

The Master will also be asked for name of agent and contact information.

Our name and contact information should be given to the Coast Guard, not the name of charterer’s agent.
